THAILAND, WEST COAST The west coast of Thailand is our favorite part, the great limestone cliffs over the very nice beaches combined with the best diving in Thailand is the reason we go here. This time we started in Railey Beach, took a ferry to Phi Phi Islands and finished with a dive boat around the Similan Islands. PRACTICAL When to go: For the Thai west coast Nov-Apr is OK, Feb-Mar is the best, we went in February Getting there: Phuket or Krabi airport or via Bangkok. Money: Thai Bhat. Other: You might get discount on accommodation in mid-season.
