MEXICO, YUCATAN
We visited the Yuctan peninsula for the first time a few years ago and really enjoyed it. We wanted to go back ever since, and this time to explore the Cenote diving a bit more and also dive the great Mesoamerican reef outside the Island of Cozumel. So we went to Tulum and Cozumel, two very different locations along the Yucatan east coast. PRACTICAL When to go: Dec-Apr, we went in April 2017. Getting there: Cancun international airport. Money: Pesos or USD. Other: Tipping is US style, 20-25% in restaurants.
